With a keen focus on style and exceptional attention to detail, we aim to provide the absolute best for our guests. Our pricing offers exclusive use of the house and grounds with an expert events manager to help handle all aspects of catering and service for the duration of your hire

THE DETAILS

MARQUEE WEDDINGS

 

For weddings with more than 80 seated guests, marquee hire is additional to the venue hire fee. As a guide, our preferred supplier has quoted approximately £8,500 including VAT for a marquee seating 120 guests.  This includes flooring, lighting, a bar and power.  Final costs will depend on the date, layout and specification.

INCLUDED IN THE HIRE FEE

​

  • One of our expert venue coordinators to help direct suppliers on Friday and Saturday

  • Luxury tables and chairs for up to 80 people

  • PA system and microphone (in barn)

  • Access to the barn from 12pm-5pm on Friday for setting up

  • 2 main bedrooms in the Manor House on Saturday night

  • Both two-bedroom self-catering cottages on Friday and Saturday night (8 people)

  • Use of the pool area/barn until 3pm on Sunday for all guests staying on the estate

  • Security team who can assist with parking and some furniture rearranging

  • Pastries and fresh fruit juices on Sunday morning for all guests staying, in the dining room in the Manor

  • Parking for 50 cars in the walled garden

​OPTIONAL EXTRAS

​

  • Intimate Friday welcome reception or rehearsal dinner, or a Sunday post-wedding brunch for up to 50 guests £3,000

  • Friday evening event for up to 150 people until 11pm £4,800

  • Sunday event with use of the pool area/barn until 5pm for up to 100 people £4,800 (a lifeguard will be required if the pool is used for safety purposes)

  • 2 main bedrooms in the Manor House for Friday night £1,200 (available with a Friday event only)

  • Drinks and Canapés by the pool on Saturday (daytime only) £650

  • Outdoor furniture hire (2 corner sofas, 2 coffee tables, 10 chairs, 4 side tables, 2 footstools and 4 parasols) £540

  • 2 additional bedrooms in the Manor House on Friday (if hosting an event on Friday) or Saturday night £1,200

  • A £2,700 premium applies to July, ​​August and Bank holiday weekends.
