With a keen focus on style and exceptional attention to detail, we aim to provide the absolute best for our guests. Our pricing offers exclusive use of the house and grounds with an expert events manager to help handle all aspects of catering and service for the duration of your hire

Why not extend your special day with a pool-side party the following day? The perfect way to top off a magical weekend, and of course you and your guests get to enjoy the house and its glorious grounds for a little longer

​

All hire fees are exclusive of VAT and include:

  • Our expert events manager to help direct suppliers on Friday and Saturday

  • Luxury tables and chairs for up to 88 people

  • PA system and microphone

  • Access to the barn from 12pm-5pm on Friday for setting up

  • The 2 bedroom self-catering Coach House on Friday and Saturday night

  • 2 principal bedrooms in the Manor on Saturday night

  • Use of the pool area/barn until 3pm on Sunday for all guests staying on the estate

  • Security team to assist with parking and some furniture rearranging

  • Pastries and fresh fruit juices on Sunday morning for all guests staying in the dining room in the Manor

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

 

All fees are exclusive of VAT:

  • Friday evening event for up to 90 people until 10pm £3,500

  • Drinks and Canapes by the pool on Saturday for 90 people which includes hire of 8 poseur tables (daytime only) £500

  • Outdoor rattan furniture hire (2 corner sofas, 2 coffee tables, 2 armchairs and 2 footstools) £300

  • Use of the pool area/barn until 5pm on Sunday for a limit of 40 people £1,750

  • 4 bedrooms in the Manor on Friday night (only available if booking Friday evening event) £1,000

  • 2 additional bedrooms in the Manor on Saturday night £450

  • The 2 bedroom self-catering Lodge on Friday and Saturday night £450, for a further night on Sunday an extra £160

  • The 2 bedroom self-catering Coach House on Sunday night £200

 

For second event bookings you must engage the services of an event manager to oversee the day and any events utilising the pool will require you to hire a lifeguard for safety purposes
