COUNTRY HOUSE & MARQUEE WEDDINGS
Bredon Manor is an early 18th-century Georgian manor in its own grounds near Cheltenham. You take the whole estate for the weekend giving you access to the house, barn, grounds and pool. Up to 80 guests can dine in the barn. For larger weddings a marquee on the front lawn seats up to 150. St Giles church sits next door, with a private gate straight into our garden. There are no templates and no set packages. We host only a handful of weddings a year and we build each one around what you want.

TYING THE KNOT
Get married at the beautiful local church, St Giles, which is right next door. Walk from the church through a private gate into the beautiful garden of Bredon Manor to your reception. Alternatively, you can have a celebrant perform a blessing within the grounds, either outside or in our barn.
RAISE YOUR GLASS
We do not charge a corkage fee, so you are welcome to bring whatever you want to toast the happy couple! Alternatively, we can arrange a cocktail bar or other forms of watering holes.
THE DETAILS

The barn seats up to 80 guests for the wedding breakfast. You can then welcome up to 20 additional evening guests, bringing the evening total to 100. A stretch tent can also be hired on the lawn to provide additional covered space for the evening reception.

For more than 80 seated guests, the reception is held in a marquee on the front lawn, accommodating up to 150 guests. A marquee for 120 seated, including flooring, lighting, bar and power is typically around £8,500 including VAT through our preferred supplier, County Marquees.

Sole occupancy of the estate for the whole weekend including our beautiful gardens, allowing you to enjoy drinks on the lawns outside the house and to explore our sunken rose garden.

Hire of the estate includes Friday and Saturday night at our luxurious Coach House, Manor House Lodge and use of two bedrooms in the Manor House on Saturday night. One of these bedrooms is ideal for the bridal party to get ready in as it offers lots of space and natural light.

An additional two bedrooms in the Manor House are available for hire (allowing a total of 16 people to stay). For your guests' accommodation, there are plenty of options in the local village, a short walk from the venue.

The Barn comprises a kitchen for your caterers, large event space for your sit down meal or standing event and a separate flexible room which can be used for a celebrant ceremony and later for dancing.

One of our venue coordinators on hand to help with set-up the day before and arrangements on the day.

Security and parking staff provided.

Car parking for up to 50 cars.

Long tables and chairs provided for 80 guests so you don’t need to worry about furniture hire for the barn. These can be used in your marquee so only top up the extra required to seat 150 guests (if you fancy something special or different then our partners can provide everything from cutlery to sofas).

Extend your wedding weekend with an optional Friday welcome dinner or Sunday brunch or pool celebration.
PRICING
Venue hire for 2027 starts at £14,995 including VAT. This includes exclusive use of Bredon Manor and its grounds for the whole wedding weekend, together with accommodation in The Coach House, Manor House Lodge and the Manor.
Optional Friday welcome events and Sunday pool celebrations start from £3,000 including VAT for up to 50 guests, with larger celebrations also available.
